Per trip, regardless of group size. A couple pays the same as a solo traveler. Larger groups (5+) may vary slightly depending on complexity — we'll always be upfront about this before you commit.
When do I pay?
We ask for 50% upfront to begin planning and the remaining 50% when we deliver your final PDF guide. You never pay for the trip itself through us — flights and accommodation are booked and paid by you directly.
How long does planning take?
Usually 5–10 working days from your Zoom call to receiving your complete PDF guide. For complex destinations like Nepal or Kyrgyzstan it may take a few days longer. We'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
What if I want to change something?
One round of revisions is included in every package. We go through your feedback and update the itinerary. Larger restructures may incur a small additional fee — but in practice this rarely happens because we get it right the first time.
Do you only plan the destinations listed?
For now yes — we only plan trips to places we've personally been. This is what makes our service genuinely different. We're expanding our destinations list as we travel to new places.
Can I book just the PDF without the Zoom call?
Yes — that's the Essential package. You fill in a detailed form about your preferences and we build your itinerary from that. It works well for experienced travelers who know what they want.
